Steps to complete an operation on Pagoly Web and Mobile

  1. 1Choose what you want to do: Top-up, bill payment, or buy a gift card
  2. 2Select the company: Search or pick from the list (e.g. Telcel, CFE, Netflix)
  3. 3Enter the details: Top-up: phone number + amount. Bill payment: account/reference number + amount. Gift card: just the amount
  4. 4Review the summary: Make sure the details and total are correct
  5. 5Complete the SPEI transfer: You'll get the bank details (CLABE, reference, and exact amount). Make the transfer from your bank using those details
  6. 6Wait for confirmation: The app detects your payment automatically and shows your receipt. For gift cards, you'll also receive the code/PIN
  7. 7Download your receipt: You can save it as a PDF

How do I complete an operation via WhatsApp?

  1. 1Send a message to Pagoly on WhatsApp
  2. 2Tell us what you need (e.g., "$100 to 55 1234 5678", "I want to pay my electric bill", "$500 Amazon gift card")
  3. 3Confirm the company details and amount
  4. 4Complete your SPEI bank transfer to the account provided
  5. 5You'll receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp with your receipt
  6. 6You can also track your progress from the web or mobile app

40+ phone carriers (Telcel, AT&T, Movistar, Unefon, Bait, Virgin Mobile, and more), 100+ services (CFE, Telmex, Totalplay, Izzi, Sky, Dish, Naturgy, water, INFONAVIT, and more), and gift cards from Amazon, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Spotify, Netflix, Google Play, App Store, and many more.

How long does it take to reflect?

It may take up to 5 minutes to reflect after the SPEI transfer. For bill payments, how fast it shows on your statement depends on the company: usually 24 to 48 hours.

How do I create an invoice?

  1. 1Log in to your Pagoly web portal account
  2. 2Go to the Invoicing section
  3. 3Enter the recipient's info (RFC, legal name, etc.)
  4. 4Add line items to the invoice
  5. 5Review and confirm to stamp
  6. 6Download your XML and PDF

What do I need to invoice?

You'll need your tax info set up, SAT certificates (.cer and .key), and available stamps in your account.

Do stamps expire?

Nope, the stamps you buy never expire as long as your account is active. Use them whenever you need.

What if I make a mistake on an invoice?

You can cancel the invoice from the portal following the SAT process. Keep in mind that used stamps are not refundable.
