How do I top up my phone?

  1. 1Open WhatsApp and send a message to Pagoly
  2. 2Type the amount and phone number (e.g., "$100 to 55 1234 5678")
  3. 3Confirm your carrier
  4. 4Make your SPEI bank transfer to the account provided
  5. 5Once payment is confirmed, your top-up is applied instantly

Pagoly supports 40+ carriers including Telcel, AT&T, Movistar, Unefon, Bait, Virgin Mobile, Oui, Pillofon, and more.

How long does the top-up take?

Top-ups are applied instantly. In rare cases, it may take up to 5 minutes.

How do I pay a bill?

  1. 1Send a message to Pagoly on WhatsApp
  2. 2Tell us which bill you want to pay (e.g., "I want to pay my electric bill")
  3. 3Provide your account or meter number
  4. 4Confirm the amount
  5. 5Complete your SPEI bank transfer
  6. 6Get your payment receipt once confirmed

What services can I pay?

You can pay CFE (electric), Telmex, Totalplay, Izzi, Sky, Dish, Naturgy, Natural Gas, water (by location), INFONAVIT, and 100+ other services.

When does my payment show up?

Payments are processed in real time. How fast it shows on your statement depends on the provider—usually 24 to 48 hours.

How do I buy a gift card?

  1. 1Message Pagoly on WhatsApp
  2. 2Tell us which card you want (e.g., "I want a $500 Amazon gift card")
  3. 3Make your SPEI bank transfer
  4. 4Once payment is confirmed, get your code via WhatsApp
  5. 5Redeem the code on the corresponding platform

Which gift cards are available?

Amazon, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Spotify, Netflix, Cinépolis, Cinemex, Google Play, App Store, Roblox, Minecraft, and many more.

Do gift cards expire?

Expiration depends on each brand. Most gift cards don't expire, but we recommend redeeming them as soon as possible.

How do I create an invoice?

  1. 1Log in to your Pagoly web portal account
  2. 2Go to the Invoicing section
  3. 3Enter the recipient's info (RFC, legal name, etc.)
  4. 4Add line items to the invoice
  5. 5Review and confirm to stamp
  6. 6Download your XML and PDF

What do I need to invoice?

You'll need your tax info set up, SAT certificates (.cer and .key), and available stamps in your account.

Do stamps expire?

Nope, the stamps you buy never expire as long as your account is active. Use them whenever you need.

What if I make a mistake on an invoice?

You can cancel the invoice from the portal following the SAT process. Keep in mind that used stamps are not refundable.
