Data Deletion Instructions

If you signed in to Pagoly with Facebook or another Meta platform, here's how to request that we delete the data we obtained about you.

Last updated: April 2026

1. What Data We Obtain from Meta

When you sign in to Pagoly using Facebook Login or another Meta platform, we receive only the data you authorize us to share, which may include:

  • Your public Facebook identifier (Facebook ID)
  • Your name
  • Your email address, if you authorize it
  • Your public profile photo, if you authorize it

We do not store your Facebook password, and we do not access your contact list, messages, posts, or any other information beyond the permissions you accepted.

2. How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of the data we obtained through Facebook Login, send an email to [email protected] from the email account associated with your profile, with the subject "Data Deletion – Facebook Login". Include your name and the email you used to sign in.

If you don't remember which email you signed up with, write to us at [email protected] and we'll help you verify your identity before proceeding.

3. What Happens After Your Request

Once your request has been received and verified:

  • We will delete your Facebook ID from our systems
  • We will delete your name, email and profile photo obtained through Meta
  • We will close the associated Pagoly account if it was created exclusively with Facebook Login
  • We will send you an email confirmation when the process is complete, indicating which data was deleted and, if any data must be retained due to legal obligations, the corresponding justification

4. Response Time

We process deletion requests within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the verification of your identity.

5. Data We Retain by Law

In accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable tax obligations, we must retain certain records even after your deletion request, specifically:

  • Digital Tax Receipts (CFDI) issued, for the period required by the SAT
  • Records of financial transactions required by anti-money laundering legislation
  • Information needed to resolve disputes or comply with court orders

These data are kept isolated, with restricted access, and used only for legal compliance purposes. If any data must be retained, we will inform you in the confirmation of your request along with the corresponding legal basis.

6. Contact
